Thank you for your continued support and participation in the 21st International Congress of Oriental Medicine (ICOM). Please note that the poster presentation format has been updated: the originally planned electronic poster display will now be changed to a physical poster exhibition.

The conference will be held at the International Convention Center of National Taiwan University Hospital from August 30 to 31, 2025. Please see the updated poster presentation guidelines below:

Poster Format & Specifications (Physical Display)
 

The electronic poster display has been cancelled. All posters will now be displayed physically on-site.

Poster Size & Layout:

• Dimensions: 90 cm (W) × 140 cm (H), vertical orientation

• Content must include: title, abstract, research content, author name(s), and affiliation(s)

File Submission Requirements:

Please submit your poster in all three of the following formats:

1. Word file (for content editing)

2. PDF file (for review; must be under 1MB)

3. JPG file (for conference records)

File Naming Format:

• Use your passport number + English name

(Example: 888800088WangDaMing)

• Please print and bring your physical poster according to the updated specifications.

• You are responsible for on-site installation of your poster.

• Details regarding the poster exhibition area and installation time will be announced separately.

感謝各位對第21屆國際東洋醫學會（ICOM 2025）的支持與參與。原訂以電子壁報方式呈現的壁報發表，將調整為實體壁報展出。本次會議將於2025年8月30日至31日於臺大醫院國際會議中心舉行，相關壁報展出規範說明如下：

壁報輸出格式與規範（實體展出）

展出形式：
電子壁報取消，改為實體壁報現場張貼展示。

壁報尺寸與規格：
- 尺寸：90 公分（寬） × 140 公分（高）【直式格式】
- 內容應包含：作者姓名與所屬單位、論文標題、摘要與研究內容

檔案提交要求：
- 請提供以下三種格式之檔案：
(1) 原始 Word 檔（內容編輯用）
(2) 排版完成的 PDF 檔（供審查）
(3) JPG 圖檔（用於大會資料彙整）
- PDF 檔案請控制於 1MB 以下

檔名格式：
- 統一使用護照號碼 + 英文姓名命名（例如：888800088WangDaMing）

提醒事項：
請各位壁報發表者依照新的實體張貼規範準備資料並完成輸出，現場需自行攜帶並張貼壁報，展出地點及時間將另行通知。
